Consulting Sessions (aka “Brain Dates”)
These sessions are offered to clients as a way to ‘pick the expert’s brain’ on DEI trends, strategies, and best practices and ask any questions about issues, challenges or knowledge gaps that they may have. Sessions can be run as a group with your Project Team, SLT, or DEI Council or one-on-one. Some of the most popular topics that clients like to cover are:

Leadership/Executive Coaching Packages
We offer a variety of coaching package options, typically held once or twice a month virtually, to close gaps identified in Leadership Assessments, performance reviews, and from general feedback. These sessions are also designed to provide leaders individual skill-building on building greater cultural competence and working more effectively across differences.
As part of our coaching package, clients have the option to choose from a variety of assessments, including the Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment, D.I.S.C., StrengthsFinder, Myers-Briggs, Emotional Intelligence, Hogan Leadership Assessments, etc.
