During this service we guide your organization through a comprehensive strategic planning process—creating a DEI mission, vision, strategy, and related goals, timelines, etc. The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks is used in this process as a baseline for ensuring that an integrated scope of DEI practices and measures of success are captured. We will also consult with the client on the development of a Communication Plan and an Implementation/Change Management Strategy.
