Kevin L. Neal MS OD/SHR has more than 25 years of experience in Strategic Human Resources Development. This experience includes; Diversity, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development consulting. In 1995, Kevin joined a management consulting firm specializing in improving Organizational Performance. Eventually promoted to Executive Vice President, he managed the day-to-day operations and business development for the company, which provided Strategic Human Resources solutions including Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Change Management, Leadership Development, Training and Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives. Kevin has a strong passion for helping organizations, through Change Management, Organizational Development, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from the College of Santa Fe and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from John Hopkins University, and drawing upon his real-world experience running an Organizational Performance consultancy, Kevin brings a keen understanding of the business function and the applied knowledge that can only be gained through the daily application. He has a keen ability to quickly understand the current business situations of clients, learn their organizational goals and objectives, and present total business solutions that have immediate application and provide long-term results.
Kevin has also earned a certificate of Fellows of Change Management from Johns Hopkins University. In addition, Kevin is a Founding Board of Directors Member for, and a Lifetime Member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and the Black Human Resources Network.
